The conference was again organized as an event preceding the eight edition of the <em>Belgrade Open Pre-Moot<\/em>. The Conference took place in the Amphitheater V of the Faculty of Law on March 20, 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first conference panel was chaired by Steven Finizio (Wilmer Hale, London) and it first dealt with the recently promulgated IBA Guidelines on Party Representation, covered by Dr. Stefan (Baker &amp; McKenzie, Vienna). The issue of security for costs was the topic of presentation by Dr Friedrich Rosenfed (Hanefeld, Hamburg), and the topic of emergency arbitrators by \u017diva Filipi\u010d (ICC Paris). Finally, Anna Masser (LALIVE, Zurich) dealt with challenges to interim decisions of the arbitrators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second panel was chaired by Prof. Jelena Perovi\u0107 (Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade) and dealt with a number of procedural issues which arise as a consequence of participation of multiple parties. Extension of the arbitration agreement to third parties was covered by Milan Lazi\u0107 (Karanovi\u0107-Nikoli\u0107, Belgrade), while Dr Florian Mohs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/img_-092.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1097 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/img_-092-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"img_ 092\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/img_-092-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/img_-092-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>(Pestalozzi, Zurich) addressed jurisdictional problems which arise or might arise out of multiple contracts. Luka Kr\u0161tovi\u0107-Bla\u017eevi\u0107 (White &amp; Case, Paris) dealt with joinder and consolidation, and Christoph Lindinger (Schoenherr, Vienna) about post M&amp;A issues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference was attended by over 250 participants from more than 30 countries.
