The Conference will take place from 17 to 19:30h in the Conference room of the Faculty.<\/p>\n<p>The tentative Conference program includes the following topics within two panels:<\/p>\n<p>Opening remarks\/welcome: Milena Djordjevi\u0107<\/p>\n<p><strong>I panel:<\/strong> Early Stages of the Proceedings<br \/>\nModerator: Filip Boras<br \/>\nPanelists: Kenneth Beal, Panagiotis Chalkias, Catherine Anne Kunz and Milica Ignja\u010devi\u0107<br \/>\nTopics: Arbitrator Appointment, Appointment and Use of Arbitral Secretaries, Conflicts of Interest, Third Party Funding, Pre-hearing Conferences and Management<\/p>\n<p><strong>II panel:<\/strong> Advanced Stages of the Proceedings<br \/>\nModerator: Tijana \u017duni\u0107 Mari\u0107<br \/>\nPanelists: Margarita Nikki Michael, Stepan Guzey, Nina Lauber-Thommesen,<br \/>\nAgnieszka Zarowna and Dragan Psodorov<br \/>\nTopics: Early Evaluation and Role of Arbitrator in bringing About a Settlement, Document Production, Oral Hearings and direct\/CrossExamination, Final Awards Including Time and Cost Issues, Enforcement<\/p>\n<p>Closing remarks\/conclusions: Vladimir Djeri\u0107<\/p>\n<p>Working language of the Conference is English.
