On 22 October 2019, representatives of the Committee for Promotion of Arbitration in Business and Under 40 Section of Arbitration Association, Mr. Dragan Psodorov, Mr. Nenad Kovacevic and Mrs. Sara Pendjer gave a lecture on the subject of resolution of disputes by arbitration to the members of Corporate Legal Counsel Association of Serbia (CLC).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The lecture was attended by members from different sectors (banking, agriculture, pharmacy, real estate, food industry, information technology, etc.). The conclusion of the lecture was that the legal sector would seek to promote arbitration as a way of resolving disputes primarily with its governing bodies, and to point out in particular that the cost of the arbitral proceedings are\u00a0 often lower than the cost of the litigation, which is important circumstance relevant for formulating dispute resolution policies within companies.<\/p>\n
