The BAC Rules are applicable as of 1 January 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from a recommended clause, the Rules encompass specialized procedure for conciliation and rules for BAC to act ac appointing authority in ad hoc arbitral proceedings under UNCITRAL and other rules.<\/p>\n<p>The Rules are available in both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/RULES-OF-BAC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">English <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbitrationassociation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Pravilnik-Beogradskog-Arbitraznog-Centra.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Serbian <\/a>language.[\/fusion_text]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[fusion_text]The BAC Board has unanimously adopted the Rules of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (Belgrade Rules) on its session held on 24 December 2013.
