31 Dec Belgrade Arbitration Center adopts BAC Rules

[fusion_text]The BAC Board has unanimously adopted the Rules of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (Belgrade Rules) on its session held on 24 December 2013. The BAC Rules are applicable as of 1 January 2014.
Aside from a recommended clause, the Rules encompass specialized procedure for conciliation and rules for BAC to act ac appointing authority in ad hoc arbitral proceedings under UNCITRAL and other rules.
The Rules are available in both English and Serbian language.[/fusion_text]
